Individual Drawing
Tasked with drawing others outside of lectures using the measuring techniques we were shown, I went ahead and drew people from my accommodation, cafes and even whilst on bus rides to and from the uni. As well as quick and rough sketches of the 'shapes' I see in people going about their day to day life, using their clothes and shoulders and joints as a way to pin point where the limbs end and start. The weeks following we were tasked with practicing the 'loomis method' to draw the human head and then use that method to practice the way light and shadow is cast onto the heads.
